The certification allows travelers to find an approved car repair company after an emergency. These companies are required to follow AAA regulations. This can keep travelers from being taken advantage of when traveling in an unfamiliar region. Approved auto repair firms even provide a nationwide limited warranty for member car repairs. The warranty covers 12 months or 12,000 miles. This allows travelers to continue to their destination without worrying about the automotive repair on their vehicle. It is one of the most valuable services available to travelers in the United States and Canada. For a reasonable annual fee, a traveler and their family can be protected from a road emergency across the country. Even if an emergency automotive repair is needed, members are covered.
