While traditionally associated with small and unpleasant Port-a-Potties, portable bathroom rentals are now becoming more popular for long-term commercial uses. From simple urinal cans and roll-away units for high-rise construction projects, to ultra-deluxe restroom trailers with flush toilets, sinks, and even showers, the options for portable toilet rental are as varied as users' needs and budgets. Among the projects that most of us might think of, mobile bathrooms are used to serve the sanitation needs for: * Construction projects * Agricultural field work * Temporary office trailers * Seasonal campgrounds * Sports stadiums * Disaster relief For construction projects, road crews and fieldworkers, bringing the restroom to the work site is a sound business decision that saves many hours a year in travel time to the bathroom and improves employee morale. Additionally, almost all city ordinances require bathroom facilities on the worksite. When the work moves to another place, the portable toilet can easily be relocated, too. This is true whether the job is at a new office high rise or in the fields. During big corporate office renovations or a mall remodel, restroom trailers can provide comfortable and even luxurious accommodations for both employees and customers. These trailers can be equipped with a water tank if a water supply is not available. They are also equipped with full-size toilets, vanities and mirrors. Other extras that can be included are energy-efficient fluorescent lighting, ventilation, heating and air conditioning if required, and insulation. A variation on this theme is equipping office trailers with sinks and toilet systems. Again, a water tank can be part of this system if need be. Overcrowded schools are also using mobile restroom facilities to address the needs of the growing student populations. As portable classrooms are placed on school grounds, portable bathrooms must be added as well. Outdoor recreation is another possible arena for these restrooms. If a particular campground is used primarily during the warmer months, renting mobile sanitation units eliminates the expense and workload of maintaining the facilities, as well as having to deal with frozen pipes and water during the winter months. Large sports stadiums are also heavy users of portable restrooms, as sports fans demand sufficient facilities when attending a game. Obviously, these large venues are used for concert events as well, and the needs of these attendees are no different. Because of this heavy use, breakdowns in equipment are not uncommon. Having mobile restrooms on hand for comfort and convenience is a good way to keep fans and teams coming returning for future events. Earthquakes, tornadoes and hurricanes can cause devastating damage to infrastructure and leave thousands without indoor plumbing; this opens the door to disease. For those whose homes have been damaged, having sanitary facilities can make the difference between having to relocate until restoration, and being able to stay in the home during the process. Because of this, portable restroom facilities are often found on scenes after natural disasters. So, no matter what the portable toilet need, today's mobile sanitation vendors have a solution.
