Decide on a growth plan -- do not just work at it without any aim. You need to have a plan in hand and you need to follow this plan to make your business grow. Nurturing a home business does not mean you have no ambition, or that you should settle for mediocrity. Far from it, you need to be fiercely competitive with yourself and outdo your best until you reach that pinnacle of perfection where you are a success. 6. Invest and save -- both these aspects are hugely important to your success in business. In order to ensure growth of your business, you need to invest and improve on what you do; and to grow you need to save and create a safety net that would back you up in case, things do not go the way you envisaged.
