How To Plan A Great Group Outing To A Popular Destination

Sin City is one of the most exciting places to enjoy a group vacation. There are plenty of things to do and see and everyone is sure to find something in common. There are plenty of accommodations and dining options in all ranges, so if you are traveling with a diverse group, you are sure to be able to find something that works for everyone in your party. The first thing you want to do is make plans that keep everyone out of trouble. Whether your group is made up of singles, couples or those leaving their spouses behind, the last thing you want is for your vacation to create a need for a divorce attorney or divorce lawyer. There are plenty of great options in the area, but there is no reason to invite trouble into your vacation.

Next, determine the best way to handle meal time with a large group of travelers. Buffet eating is alive and well in Sin City and it may be your best option when dining with large groups. Buffets feature a variety of cuisines so everyone is sure to find something they enjoy, even if food allergies or special diets are a concern. Buffets are also reasonably prices, especially for what you get. There are fast-food options on the strip that are cheaper or you could dine at fine, expensive restaurants, but in both cases, there is a trade-off. Buffets let you dine with your fellow travelers for a reasonable price, no matter how picky the eaters are.

If you are planning to enjoy some Sin City style entertainment, make your plans in advance. Show tickets are often hard to come by and waiting until the last-minute to buy them may mean they are more expensive. Before hopping on the plane, speak with all of the members of your group about seeing a show. Whoever is into it can give you the money in advance and you can reserve your seats before you are in town. This is a great way to guarantee you will all sit together too.

Once you are in town, be sure you have a way to reach every member of your group. Exchange cell phone numbers and agree to check in periodically to make sure everyone is safe and enjoying themselves. Remember, you cannot use your phone in the sports book areas or by the gaming tables, so step aside or make the calls in your hotel room.

Finally, understand it takes a long time to get anywhere in Sin City, even though it feels as if everything is packed into a small area. Your party will need to do a lot of walking and you may want to utilize the monorail to get from location to location. Come up with a strategy as soon as you know where everyone will be staying. This way you can stick to your time schedule and be on time for all the great shows, games and restaurants you will be enjoying.
