If you're hosting Christmas dinner this year, you have the honor of opening your home to your friends and family for a celebration of the end of the year and the winter holidays. There are lots of details to plan, however, and this article will help.
1. Food: Typically turkey, ham, sirloin, roast beef, quail and even lobster show up on Christmas dinner. What you eat depends primarily on your budget and how many people you're feeding. You should know how many people are coming at least two weeks in advance; go to the grocery store a week before; clean your home and change the bedding two days before; and make as many dishes as you can the day before.
