Seeing a beautiful pair of women's boots in a store's display is an exciting discovery for many dedicated shoe shoppers. In addition, a woman who wears a pair of stylish boots knows she is creating an appealing fashion statement. However, if the boots are the wrong size or are otherwise ill fitting, she'll likely find herself regretting the purchase. In fact, ill fitting women's boots can cause a variety of problems for the wearer that may just earn them a quick trip to the back of the closet.

After slipping into a pair of boots, a woman knows right away whether they fit. However, a woman sometimes allows the appealing design of a pair of boots to affect her judgment. In other words, she may buy a pair of boots even though they are clearly too small for her. Furthermore, she may convince herself that it is worth a little discomfort to be able to own a fabulous pair of boots. Not surprisingly, it doesn't take long for an ill fitting pair of boots to create a case of sore feet. A woman who buys boots that are too small may find that her toes are being squeezed together preventing proper circulation. In addition, a taller boot that is too snug may dig into her lower leg if there's no room for movement. Even when a woman is sitting down, she may continue to experience the uncomfortable fit of a boot that's too small for her. In order to be at ease in a pair of boots, a woman should search for a proper fit as well as appealing style.

Alternatively, women's boots that are too big for the wearer are just as troublesome as boots that are too small. For instance, a woman wearing boots that are too large takes the risk of stumbling and falling. If a woman wears oversized boots, her feet will not feel secure inside them. Furthermore, her feet will slide around inside the boots causing her to experience a lack of stability. She may even find herself continually pulling the boots up. A woman who is wearing boots that are too large for her, has to be aware of every step she takes. In short, wearing ill fitting women's boots is risky as well as uncomfortable.

Finally, a woman should always try on a pair of boots before purchasing them. In addition, she is wise to walk around a little bit before she decides to buy a pair of boots. She should note whether her feet feel secure in the boots as well as whether she can walk with ease. Even if the boots are her size, it is helpful to get a feel for the actual fit. A pair of women's boots can possess a great many alluring qualities, however if they don't fit properly those qualities will quickly begin to lose their attraction. Ideally, a woman should strive to find boots that will offer her an appealing combination of comfort and style.
