What to run to and what to run away from ! Have you ever seen these advertisements? Filled in online surveys? Only to be bombarded with phone calls and end up on mailing lists that are sold and resold to people trying to get you to join their business opportunity and make $100,000 in less than a week ! Yeah right! Now if I wasn't so skeptical I would say check them out and see what they have to offer BUT I am skeptical and so have put together this guide on finding the right business opportunity for you. I have made some good and rather embarrassingly bad investments over the years and have fine tuned the 3 most important things to consider when choosing the right business opportunity for you. What are the 3 most important things to look for when looking for a business opportunity? If you told me 'The Ogranisation' you would be right. You choose the right organisation in an industry you are passionate about with a team who is successful and you will be successful also. Why? Because if you don't do your due diligence and research the company (you know your prospective clients will be doing that) you may find yourself involved with a company that goes under or is not reputable and you don't want that. You want a company that is professional and ethical and providing good products and service. A company you can be proud of and that is solid and has talented people running it. The second most important consideration is 'The Product'. Without a good product you've got nothing! I invested in a business a while ago and it as a complete and utter failure - Why? because of the product - i had 2 out of the 3 correct but the product let me down. Marketing was find (as it is my speciality!) the problem was the product was at best and overpriced self help journal. So my passion soon faded as I talked to over 1000 people about the business opportunity, got 100 people to the business presentation call and no one joined. Lesson learned. In my current business - any one of them - I would have made over $30,000 in residual monthly income from that kind of response from prospective clients. The last important consideration is 'The Team'. I make a point of seeking out business opportunities - doing our reseach so you don't have to. People that come to us only have to know what they want from life and we'll give it to them. We focus on your success and that is what makes the difference. I will give you an example. We just recruited (by the way we extensively interview for possible recruits to ensure we are getting motivated and enthusiastic people on our team) a young lady who we will call Sandy (not her real name). Sandy wanted to be able to work from home part time to earn money to ensure the care of her children. We found out what she is passionate about (health and wellness) and introduced her to one of our business that was perfect for her and her situation. Now another example is we employed a gentleman in another of our businesses who was hungry, switched-on and very aggressive to achieve and wanted to work full time on the business (we call them 'players'). We put him into another telecommunications business (of course with the top team under the CEO) He is now a Senior Vice President and on track to make 700k this year in his first year. Just astounding. So you see the importance of choosing the right company in the right industry with the right products in the right team will be the difference between success and failure. Do your research! Ask questions and there are many people out their who are totally independent, not aligned to any business but have the experience and will no doubt know the business opportunity you are researching and help you with information. Once such organization is www.useoem.com and another is www.avid-about.info. These people are a great resource (it is Free to register).
