Should You Use Article Submission Software To Submit Your Already Written Articles?

What are you supposed to do if you have been submitting articles manually for a while before you decided to make your life easier by doing an automatic submission with article submission software?

When you were submitting manually, the scope of your distribution network was limited to the number of publishers you could submit to by hand. At most, you probably submitted to only a handful of publishers on your own.

With article submission software you can dramatically increase the reach of your articles by submitting to hundreds or thousands of publishers with the click of a button.

Your articles can get much better exposure, but what about those articles that you have already submitted by hand? Can you submit them again using the automatic software?

That is a good question—you have a few options:

1 - You can rewrite those previously published articles and submit them automatically. It takes a little extra time, but it is worth it because of the increased exposure that your articles will be receiving.

2 - You can take a chance and submit the articles again without re-writing, provided there are not too many articles. Please note that most publishers do not enjoy receiving articles more than once. You can probably get away with this once or twice, but if you resubmit articles repeatedly, then it may result in the publisher banning your articles.

3 - A better idea is to check with your article submission software customer support to see if you can temporarily turn off submissions to the publishers to whom you have already submitted. It is very likely that you may be able to turn off submissions to some of the bigger directories, and then when you have fresh articles you can turn the submissions back on.

In fact, your first course of action should be to determine if you can turn off submissions to the sites you have already submitted to, because if you can do that then your problem is solved.

If you can't turn off submissions, then ideally you would rework the articles so that they are fresh, and then you can submit them automatically.

At any rate, you want to find a way to get your previous articles more widely distributed. Even if you end up re-writing the articles, it will still take less time than starting over from scratch, and you will get the benefit of the increased distribution.
