Are you having problems with convincing the school that your child attends that they are being harassed and bullied by another student because they were in fact named as a trouble maker themselves in the past? Cases like this can be very hard to prove and it can make you feel completely helpless as a parent, especially when you know without a doubt that your child is telling the truth about the situation.

There are some kids that do end up going through a little bit of a rough patch in their life, being mischievous or possibly even causing situations that should of never happened. Then, after they have matured some, they make the right decision and focus on being a better person that stays out of trouble of any kind. Unfortunately, their reputation that they once had for causing problems in the past is something that may end up on occasion biting them in the behind. It can make it very difficult for others, including faculty of the school, to believe anything that your child has to say. No matter what the case may be, harassment and bullying are both problems that should be looked into very carefully. However, if it is something that you are trying to prove and you need help, you can recover deleted text messages from cell phones that were used between the students to prove that your child is being bullied. A cell phone forensic investigation is in fact a very quick and effective way to put an end to any questions regarding what the truth may be in situations involving any type of harassment of bullying.

There are many types of cell phones that you can recover deleted text messages on including the ever-popular Blackberry, iPhones, PDA's and a variety of others that kids are so well-known for using. Messages that involve bullying, sexting, harassment or other inappropriate behavior can easily be uncovered even if it has already been erased from the phone, with the use of a cell phone forensic investigation. You can also uncover erased photographs and graphics, videos, address book and calendar entries, email addresses, detailed call records containing both the duration and time of calls made and received and other erased cell phone data.

Although your child may have caused problems in the past, you can very quickly erase the bad marks against their name at school and prove who is actually doing the bullying with cell phone forensic investigations.
