Have you ever seen someone having a panic attack or experienced one personally? If your answer is yes then you might be interested in finding out what to do for a panic attack. Two of the most dangerous repercussions of neglecting panic attacks are cardiac arrest and nervous breakdowns. When you see a person starting to a have a panic attack, you should do your best to help them out. There are several ways of doing this. To start with, ensure you yourself are calm before you help out a victim. Do not attempt to calm someone if you are not calm yourself. Never show instability to a person that's having a panic attack. Try to keep them focused and relax. Talk them through their displacement and try to relax them. Keep their eyes away from a busy view as a busy view triggers more instability in the person's brain.

If they allow you, make physical contact. Rub their shoulder or hold their hands. Do anything to make them feel relaxed. Also, never yell at a panicking person. Educate yourself on the topic because it is your social responsibility to do so. If you can, educate others on the topic as well. Panic attacks shouldn't be taken lightly. They can pose a real danger if not checked on.
